Mandy

Registered Dental Hygienist

Mandy attended Lane Community College and attained her hygiene license in 2008. Using her gifts, she enjoys serving our patients with compassion and sensitivity to the dental needs. Mandy has been married to her wonderful husband Matt for 10 years. Together they love to hike and explore the outdoors with there ever faithful dog Huckleberry. She has a knack for finding great restaurants and enjoys hunkering down with a good book.

Mindy

Registered Dental Hygienist

Mindy joined our team in November 2017. She started her dental career as a dental assistant in 2005, when she joined the Air Force Reserves. She attended Lane Community College, where she served as the president of the Dental Hygiene Student Association and earned her Dental Hygiene degree and license in 2015. Mindy takes great pride in her career and strives to provide optimal care to every patient, paying close attention to their individual needs. Mindy's goal is to have a gentle touch, and make each patient feel comfortable. In her free time, you can find her enjoying the outdoors, hiking, fishing, and camping with her husband Jason, her step-kids, and their dog Kimber.

Shanna

Office Manager

Shanna was born in Texas but moved to Oregon in 2000 from Montana with her husband Shane, and their two kids. She has over a decade of dental administrative experience and has a passion for creating an environment where patients feel comfortable and can build trust. She believes that everyone deserves to have a 5-star experience. When she's not at the office going over treatment and helping our patients understand their options, she can be found hanging out with her family, or out on a trail exploring with her two Australian Shepherds. Although she isn't a true native, she couldn't be happier calling Oregon her home.

Nancy

Dental Assistant

Nancy was born in Southern California and moved to Oregon in 1981. She has two adult daughters and 3 beautiful grandkids. Nancy has been a dental assistant for many years but joined our team in early 2019. She brings with her a love for dentistry and a gentle, caring approach. Nancy loves spending time with her family and friends, camping, and power walking. She also enjoys reading, crafts, and home improvement projects.

Otis

Sweetest Dog

He is a Carolina Dog and the newest member of Dr. Vivona's family. You will find he is absolutely the sweetest dog and very in tune to feelings. Otis was a rescue from the streets of Houston and is quickly acclimating to his new life with humans.

Otis comes to work every day with Dr. Vivona now and is quickly getting used to the office environment. After he is adjusted and has more training, he will work in our office to provide comfort to patients/families with dental anxiety. We can’t wait for everyone to meet him. We know you will love him as much as we do.
