Madison grew up in Roseburg and moved to Eugene in 2007 to attend the University of Oregon. She graduated with a degree in Human Physiology in 2011 and began working at Eugene Dental Group in 2013. Madison enjoys competitive racing and has completed four half marathons and one triathlon. In her free time, she can be found running, hunting for treasures in the local thrift stores, hanging out with her two cats, Waffles and Shadow, and cheering on her Alma Mater the Oregon Ducks! Madi will be one of the first people to greet you and one of the last ones to wish you well on your way. Her enthusiasm for life overflows to everyone she meets.

Cindi, RDH

Cindi has been married for 22 years to her amazing husband and has two wonderful boys. Growing up as an Air Force military brat and moving around the states, she has settled in Oregon for 35 years now. She enjoys reading, camping and boating with her greatest highlight working in her family vineyard. Cindi has been a vital part of our dental team since 2008. She is active with her local, states and national dental hygiene associations. She loves to continue learning through continuing education classes in order to stay current and provide the best care for her patients!

Leigh, RDH

With her kind heart and gentle touch our patients have grown to truly love Leigh and her expert dental care. Graduating from LCC with her Dental Hygiene License she has accomplished her lifelong desire to serve others. She loves hiking, painting, running and sports cars. She adores her family and loves cooking a mean enchilada dish. Surprisingly, she is an excellent shot with a shot gun! :)

Mandy, RDH

Mandy attended Lane Community College and attained her hygiene license in 2008. Using her gifts she enjoys serving our patients with compassion and sensitivity to their dental needs. Mandy has been married to her wonderful husband Matt for 7 years. Together they love to hike and explore the outdoors with their ever faithful dog 'Huckleberry'. She has a knack for finding great restaurants and hunkering down with a good book.

Codi, RDH

Codi is our 'Steady Eddie' on the team. Her genuine concern and communication will surely put you at ease. She was born in Forest Grove and migrated to Eugene. She attended LCC and graduated with her Dental Hygiene license in 2004. After 18 years of dental assisting, she decided to take it to the next level as her heart's desire is to educate and work with patients on prevention and oral health. Codi loves people, animals, and working and playing outdoors. One of her greatest joys is giving back to the community and she has volunteered for the non-profit Oregon Country Fair for the past 19 years.

Chelsea C.

Dental Assistant

As dental assistant 'extraordinaire' Chelsea brings enthusiasm and experience to our team. Most patients can expect to see Chelsea buzzing around the office at some time point. She loves to get to know patients and goes the extra mile to assure their visit is the best it can be. She's a woman with a purpose and always on the move which has earned her the nickname 'Churricane'! With her extra time she loves to spend her time in the great outdoors hiking, riding her quads, walking her dogs or gardening. As a Cottage Grove resident she can't say enough about this sweet town she loves. You might also have the pleasure of having her serve you at 'Stacy's Covered Bridge' restaurant. Chelsea loves life and doesn't wan t to miss a minute of it.

Dental Assistant

Heather graduated from Lane Community College Dental Assisting program in 2012 and has loved the diversity that dental assisting has brought her ever since. In Spring 2014, Eugene Dental Group has been fortunate to have Heather's calm laid-back personality bring ease to our patients. Heather was born and raised in Oregon and cannot imagine living anywhere else but the beautiful Pacific Northwest! In her free time she loves spending time with her 'high-school-sweetheart' husband watching baseball (go Red Sox) and volunteering for their church.

Chelsea M.

Chelsea is an Oregon native. Born and raised in Astoria she has found herself recently relocated to Eugene from Tigard. Although change can be difficult she has embraced her new home with excitement and anticipation for the home of the Ducks! Chelsea has always had a love for the outdoors and especially enjoys camping, hiking and water sports with her husband Kyle and their son Ryder. Chelsea's gentle spirit brings comfort and ease to our patients and she is eager to meet and get to know each one of you.

You will find Amanda here on Wednesdays and Thursdays with her quirky sense of humor and laughter that can be heard throughout the office!  She graduated from Lane Community College Dental Assisting program in 2015 and has been with us ever since. Before that, she studied photography at the University of Oregon. Our Amanda is multi-talented!

Meet Jack, our Therapy Dog!

We discovered by "accident" that Jack, Dr. Vivona's dog, is an excellent therapy dog! An anxious patient came to the office for sedation and was too scared to even have her IV started. Jack just so happened to be in Dr. Vivona's personal back office because she had to bring him to the dog-sitter right after work. Seeing her patient in distress, Dr. Vivona thought it would be worthwhile to see if Jack could calm her patient down. He sat by the patient's side and instantly put her at ease. In fact, he sat there for 3 hours while she had all of her dental treatment done.

Since that day, we have allowed anxious patients to request that Jack be there for their appointments. All you have to do is ask! He sits next to our patients and brings an overwhelming sense of calm in the room. He isn't in the office on a daily basis so you do have to put in your request in advance. He needs at least a day's notice so he can take a bath and be office-ready for you.

Let Madison, Jody or Pat know if you'd like to meet Jack for your consultation or if you'd like to schedule him for your treatment. He loves our office and patients so much, he works for free! He just asks that you pet him a little and tell him he's a good dog :)
